  • Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Free accounts receive 15 credits upon signup
  • Each video analysis consumes 1 credit
  • Paid subscriptions provide additional credits monthly
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Channel Subscriptions and Email Digests

By following a YouTube channel on TL;DRY.ai, you consent to receive daily email digests containing AI-generated summaries of new videos from that channel. You can manage your email preferences or unfollow channels at any time from your dashboard settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our summaries commercially

7. Intellectual Property

The summaries generated are for your personal use. The original video content remains the property of its creators. TL;DRY.ai's technology and branding are our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries. Always refer to the original video for authoritative information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TL;DRY.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
